Once , you sign up with OnDemandVA , there is a customer support department where you will be forwarding the workorder. The customer support department will analyse the skills that your work needs and forward it to the right VA. The reason behind this is you will just have a single point of contact and you will get access to various skill sets. Being in business , your requirements keep changing and thats why we follow this approach. You will be provided with a tracking system where you can check your account status which includes Task name , Task Date , Hours Spent on each project , Total hours spent , Total hours left , No. of Days left to use the remaining hours etc. SECURITYYour security is important to us. Credit card information is limited to supervisory personnel only. This means that if an assigned task requires the use of your credit card, your assistant will carry it out to the last step at which point the shift supervisor on duty will take over, entering the credit card information.
